Restoring Balance and Peace
I provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling, with a special focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, chemical dependency, and dual diagnosis. I work with clients navigating a wide range of personal, relational, and life challenges, including those facing difficult decisions or seeking meaningful change.
My approach to counseling is strength-based and collaborative. I believe that each person already possesses the capacity for growth, and my role is to help you identify and build on those strengths to reduce vulnerability and develop new skills. I prioritize creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can increase self-awareness, strengthen self-esteem, and work toward improved mental health, sobriety, and independence.
Therapy looks different for everyone—some clients benefit from short-term support, while others engage in longer-term work. Throughout the process, you remain in control of your journey. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to support and guide you along the way.
Finding the right therapist is important. If at any point you feel that I am not the best fit for your needs, I will gladly assist you in connecting with another provider who may be a better match.
